the only good cloud that i know are these two, bit-x and hashnest

then you have a bunch of renting sites, that are reliable like nicehash and miningrigrental, they are not exactly cloud, but you may find there some miner that has a good price ratio

What is your mining address, this will be the question to prove if the site is indeed mining or a ponzi disguise in cloud mining form. Most site dont provide this because they are not mining . With mining address you can check on their hashrate at the mining pool

But I need more subtle questions to ask the con-artist. Assume this conman done his homework well (address, team, hardware, etc.)
