I've waited an hour since I've sent the instant payout on Deepbit, and nothing...

Probably should have just used a new addess like I have been doing for the past ~20 transactions...

Positive.  Check blockexplorer.com for the address to see if he transaction has been processed yet.

As we slide down the banister of life, this is just another splinter in our ass.
