Actually, you can cheat. You can send the money to yourself for example.
You have to use a external random source you don't know and can't control before the date of draw, for example bitcoin block hashes.

Holy crap. Post about a big jackpot and now everyone wants to make one! I'm worried it will just create a bunch of small ones and a BUNCH of scam ones. Quick easy way for people to take BTC and disappear. I'm still waiting for jhfire to pay there winner.

You need more details in your description. Just paying you any which way won't work. Many will pay using mybitcoin for example and they might as well donate somewhere else, as you will have no idea how to return it or who it was.
