About "The cointelegraph paywards"

Do you think there's an issue with the cointelegraph paywards (social share rewards) (  http://cointelegraph.com  )?  theres' a lot of people reporting problems to register their BTC adress on this webstite, and overwise, the counts of tweets or retweets seems not working well too.. any explainations ?    Thanx !

What is paywards exactly? They get paid to share content? If so I think this would belong in service discussion. I'd like to know more, though.

exactly : just have a look under each news ,on the website, on  the field : "Share and Get bitcoin:" , who need registration before , indeed..

I can't find the words say: "Share and Get bitcoin"
i already registered and you right i can't set my address, because this? "payouts disabled".
