I think you can use a virtual private network to access a torrent
In some country and some ISP, torrent are illegally content and some ISP blocked access there

VPN buddy. I am not sure if there are some free VPN's that offer p2p traffic, but you should google some of them.
I am currently using cyberghost premium, and speeds are looking good, with unlocked torrent traffic. If you are looking also for no logs service, then check out nVPN.net instead.
Prices are very low, considering what they offer imho.

cheers

A VPN will have the added benefit of hiding your IP address from the torrent network; I wouldn't download copyright material without one personally.

I use https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ who accept bitcoin and support this forum. They cost ~£30 a year.

Just google free proxy and paste the url of your torrent site in. That should work. Try hidemyass as they have a free one. There's also hide.me

You could also purchase a vpn. Just google for one too but hidemyass sell them also.

Use tor browser. It worked for me. Although sometimes when it comes to actually downloading stuff it can get a bit complicated. That might be just because my laptop is a lump of junk sometimes though  Roll Eyes

Tor would be very slow to use for torrents by the nature of how it works. It can be pretty slow just to browse the web so I wouldn't recommend it for torrenting.

Probably your ISP just blocked them at DNS level. This is the way they do in Italy.

So you just have to change the DNS settings of your computer with different one.
Google 's DNS 8.8.8.8 is the one I remember now.

Just like what others said, you can use VPNs and proxies to bypass internet censorship. It will make your usual browsing and downloading slower though. If you're going to use it for a long period of time, i recommend you to buy premium VPNs & proxies for faster connection than free ones.

Some people that I know are using a $5 per month VPS to download stuff, and then via FTP transfer everything to their home pc.

Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions I appreciate it very much Smiley. This has now been resolved!

I'm a bit of a technophobe so didn't understand some of the posts, but working down from the top of the page the first one I understood, tried and its worked was this post by Immortal Tech:

I will send have sent him a PM for his btc address and send him a small drink as promised.

Thanks again everyone else Smiley.

lol, the only real quick option is using proxies, try kproxy.com as it has multiple IP's which you can use

PIA works well. I have used it for a while.

Tor can be picky with torrents.
