custom paper wallet design

I came across this site, http://www.carboncell.com/btc/  and it has some really cool paper wallet designs. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to use it though. I save the bitaddress.org page but i don't see any folders with it where i can replace the default design. Can someone give me a raging clue?

never mind:

Use an image editor to put your bitaddress wallet data onto the design you downloaded here. Print the result and you have a nice paper wallet!

crappy way, but okay...
