Wow, people are really lowballing these days. I doubt you'll get any accounts this cheap. I lurk the digital goods forum a lot, and I haven't seen any Seniors below 0.23 BTC I think. And there's been a guy bumping a thread for weeks looking for a Hero Member at 0.4 BTC.
As times goes on more and more accounts become available thus saturating the supply and people sell lower and lower. Accounts have lost over half their value and may likely lose another 50% eventually. Wouldn't be surprised to see Seniors going for 0.1 and Heroes 0.2 at some point.
I can provide a Sr candidate for 0.15 BTC.

You can buy full Seniors for around 0.2 these days. If it's a Member now you'll likely have to make 100+ posts to rank it up so it's be easier just to buy a full one.
