To see Monero mentioned alongside CLAMS really hurts.

Well, Clams has certainly not as much mindshare as Monero but it has unique utility and is proof of stake, that's something.

i'd say that is a fair concern.
but i do support some kind of fair legislation.. we need *some* laws ..rather than none.
