I have heard of openbazaar but it seems too much work so never checked it out. Is there any ebay like popular bitcoin marketplace where anyone can sell/buy their goods easily.

There is Cryptothift yes => https://cryptothrift.com/ , you can either sell or buy there from other users .
there is also Purse.io which helps you buy anything from Amazon using Bitcoin and with 20% off the original price

Yes, cryptothrift is the main one. There used to be another but it shut up shop for some reason (edit: bitmarket maybe?). Is Open Bizzar even operational yet? Even if it is it's still in its early stages and more and more different markets will become available over the next few years which will get more user friendly and popular over time. Maybe we'll eventually see a direct competitor to ebay.

Besides links which mentioned with guys above me, you can check http://www.flibbr.com/ still in development. But have more features, like promote event, and ect.
