DEV released wallet without any announcement just after he and his insiders got all the high static pos rewards (5000 blocks of 500 GREXIT). He tries to rebrand this coin to get all of those coins sold. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1126239.60

rebranding.

Well I would have been in for staking, but there wasn't that wallet link on first post when it was supposed to be there. I have checked that daily and noticed that today it had appeared, but block height was already almost 5000 so there was no point downloading it.
