It must be a joke, launch a faucet with an empty balance LOL..The title is also misleading, it should be up to 10,000satoshi/hour.
Better to check your faucet first , make sure that you have enough balance before you launch it.

When i have read 10.000 satoshi hourly and see in the site not have one banner ads, pop up or other similar, i have understand why : Balance: 0 satoshi
