There is a reason why these kinds of protections are put in place onto exchange accounts. It is to protect your account in the event that it gets hacked. I would assume that EXMO would deny a withdrawal request if they were to receive such a claim of it being hacked, especially if they were to receive a signed message from an address that either deposited to the account or funds were withdrawn to, both of which you would likely be able to provide.

I am not saying that you would certainly do this, however this would be a risk to a potential lender.

The bolded part gives you much little chance to get your loan. So it just means that even you use your exmo account as collateral you can still recover it by just reseting the password. Definitely a scammer.

Cant you understand? If someone gives you this loan and you use your exmo account as collateral, you can easily just forgot the password again and you can retrieve your account in your email and wait for another 3 days so you get 2x your money. Who's stupid?

Your words cant prove anything that is why you need a valid collateral when asking for loans. Valid collateral is items that you cant recover thru forgot password or whatever process it is
