I may buy a few Antminer S5s.

I'm looking for feedback on this miner from owners...i.e. should I just wait for the next gen given the very slight efficiency over S4s? Also, if I decide to get some S5s, what is a good PSU in terms of "bang for your buck"?

Thanks.

S5's are good miner's no doubt about it.  I feel you can't go wrong with it currently.

The new trend is to get server PSU's and use them vs ATX.  If you have 220/240 you can use one from Bitmain - https://www.bitmaintech.com/productDetail.htm?pid=000201505040743496917U7kGsCm0694 (It does not start on 110)

If you want ATX ones I have had luck with personally is RM1000's, EVGA SuperNova 1300, Rosewill LIGHTNING 1300 (only one of these was a rebate deal).

But there are other options as well here on forums.   I think you will find a lot are going to server instead of ATX.   I think you will find at this point most are buying server PSU's.  And a lot of them have a great efficiency so it works out good.

Not much out there that is better than a S5 right now. I like my RM1000 and RM850 PSU's
