The New York State Department of Financial Services has released the application forms that Bitcoin companies in the state must complete by August 8 in order to register their businesses.

Lawsky made up this 31 page application knowing full well that he was going to go into the consulting business and be paid by these same companies to understand and comply w/ this process. This bureaucrat essentially made his own laws to profit of them in the aftermath. Not to mention the upfront $5k payment that is non-refundable.
