I see people talk about carding credit cards, can someone tell me what it means ? It sounds like using stolen credit card information to make purchase  . So can someone with carding make a purchase for a digital product like a video and get away with it ? What legal issues can happen ?

So basically you're asking us if you should get involved in fraudulent activity using stolen credit cards and if that's ok? Sure, you can get away with it, but it's wrong and do you really want to run the risk of getting caught just for the sake on a cheaper item? Don't be a cheapskate and someone somewhere will be paying the price.
