I'm looking to purchase a total of 8 BTC at $13.50/each via Paypal (or whatever amount of BTC you're comfortable with selling).

I have a Verified/Confirmed/Premier Paypal account. I can e-mail you from my Paypal address to verify that I own the account and can also send a copy of my photo ID if requested. I can basically give you any information you request (within reason!) so you're comfortable with the trade.
