There has been a few alert announcement from the localbitcoins staff for emails like this asking to download or clic on link, like always a fishing attempt to get your password or install a malware in your computer.

not sure, using gmail on chrome
1) Log in to Gmail
2) Open the message you'd like to view headers for.
3) Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top of the message pane.
4) Select Show Original.

The full headers will appear in a new window, there you will find Received: from [144.76.120.56] by mandrillapp.com

If you cannot able to get the IP Address, copy and paste here.

144.76.120.56 IP address information
Passive DNS replication
The following domains resolved to the given IP address.
2014-02-08 www.localbitcoins.com
2013-11-19 localbitcoins.com

Are you getting the same IP Address ?

This is definitely NOT sent by us. We're often the target of phishers, as we have customers in less developed countries with a not so good grasp of English.

never trust these kinds of Email with suspicious links.

but if you can not resist not clicking the link or not sure about the link, use online virus scan service like virustotal.com to check the address first (this is not guaranteed safety)

and finally do it in a sandbox and never enter your password and other info if the destinations address in not known by you.
