But we should use logic on this matter, I mean how do you expect people to deposit then contact support then wait for their money ? It just dosen't make any sense .

Yes, this guy is right. Its just a friendly advise to make sure your website looks well and decent. The header and footer should always have a professional finish with crisp font display. The more professional your website looks, the more legit people find your venture. Its funny but true, all these things do matter when you get into such a business. Best of luck

Don't get me wrong, but frontpage of your exchange is nothing impressive. Fonts are terrible and creates impression that site is created by high school kids.
Personally I doubt that anyone would trust exchange like that and you need to understand that promoting your site is also serious task,
you need to understand that people are going to be full of doubts about new and unknown exchange.
