I have made a website: btcearning.com but if i acces it says forbidden.

I want to set it i go to btcearning.com it automatically goes to btcearning.com/Index.html

How do i do that?

Connect via ftp and add your website files on the public_html folder.
This is not related with bitcoin technical support, please move it to the appropiate board.
