The title of the post contradict with your statement, I would appreciate if you edit few explanations pertaining to the title.

My girlfriend is actually interested in Bitcoin, although she doesn't believe it will always be decentralized, neither does she think that things are decentralized as of now. She says that the core devs should always be in charge and if needed apply changes even without consensus. Obviously I do not agree Anyways, she knows a bit about Bitcoin, and I even offered her a physical vanity wallet carved in wood, which she loves. She doesn't use Bitcoin regualrly because she says she simply cannot buy goods or go shopping with Bitcoin... Not many retailers and websites take it, obviously.

Even if your partner doesn't accept Bitcoin, or doesn't care about it, it's easy: you just buy Bitcoins for yourself, put it in a multisig address, give your girlfriend one of the keys and leave the coins there. One day she might be interested or might need the coins... (And then you'll only let her redeem them if she learns how to spend from a multisig address )

Dam i thought i had a hard headed girl friend.  OK so it seems like she doesnt like to be told direct you have to be more clever with her.  Maybe you just need a little more time to go by, like i said it was 1 year until my GF got interested.  My GF likes free stuff and rewards, when the circle $5 giveaway thing came out that is what got her into bitcoin.  I was like oh look you can get $5 if you download this app, she downloaded it and bingo.

My wife gets a bit pee'd off about the time I spend online to research and learn about Bitcoin, but she smiles when I buy her some stuff online. I include her in the browsing for goods and I show her how easy and secure it is to do the transactions.
She deposited some money into my account, to convert it to BTC for her to buy a Trezor. She has been a victim of credit card fraud, and appreciates the security of Bitcoin and hardware wallets.

Yes that is true but women are now so used to credit cards so it becomes difficult for us to introduce them to bitcoins but yes they would surely use it as a mode of payment if you suggest them to as it is our hard earned coins why would they hesitate in spending it??

My wife made me sell all of my miners and quit bitcoin because I was spending too much time researching and tinkering with the miners in the garage.  Now shes totally against it, ive even tried to pick up mining again but she gets mad and says she will leave me if I buy another miner.
