Client allowing "dust" transfers

Multibit is now charging a mandatory fee for transactions, and the HD version steals a bit of BTC from every transaction. Is anyone aware of a thin client that allows you to set your own fee and transfer dust-sized transactions? I'm aware it may take some time for these to be picked up by the network, I am interested in slow, small transactions for a new service.


Scratch that, I found Armory allows all transactions without a fee in Expert mode. OK to delete this thread
