Bitreserve Withdrawals

Has anyone else noticed that Bitreserve can take up to 6 hours or more to withdraw your funds?... has it always been like this?, I feel like a file a support ticket every time I make a transaction!!

Actually I'm never use this service before, but AFAIK their company is good, their raise their crowdfunding campaign up to $9million.

They are still goingf strong, and apperently they fixed the delays with the withdrawals
