Armory Offline Bundle (0.93.2) seems to work on Ubuntu 15.04. Can I trust it?

On Armory's site, the offline bundle for 0.93.2 is marked like this:

Download 0.93.2 [Offline Bundle] for Ubuntu 12.04 exact (64bit)

In other words, it's specified as being for Ubuntu 12.04.

Yet I tried installing it on Ubuntu 15.04. It was able to install (even though a bunch of errors and warnings showed up).

And then, it was running fine and seems to work just fine, even though some warnings occasionally pop up in the background Terminal (after I type "armory" in the Terminal to run Armory).

Can I really trust Armory on Ubuntu 15.04?

No-one can instruct you to trust one thing or another. You can only make that decision for yourself. Trusting is not such a great plan in the face of uncertainty.

You have a demonstrably overriding "uncertainty" as a part of your personality. For you, my advice would be to self-educate, a consumate understanding of the issues is more empowering than relying on others to do your thinking for you.

An offline package targeted to a specific OS means the binary has been built and tested on a fresh install. Same for the package list, it was put together to get Armory running on a freshly installed OS.

A binary for 12.04 will definitely run fine on 15.xx. However there is no guarantee the package list will be entirely compatible with a later OS, although it apparently is with 15.xx. If you are concerned about security, keep in mind that the offline signer derives its security from the air gap. You should be more concerned about how you are passing transaction data to and from the offline device rather than package compatibility.
