Coinomat/MoneyPolo wire transfer

On july 9th i sent this wire transfer to deposit on coinomat.com:

On the 20th i contacted moneypolo (mayzus financial services) and sent them the details above. On the 21st morning they said the amount was credited to the specified account.

But today still nothing in my balance. Sent another email to coinomat but it wasn't answered.

Edit: coinomat said i'll be on my balance, hope it's how they say.
