BFL monarch not mining

Hi,

I bought a second hand Monarch, just to try it out.

I've got it installed in a PC, so it can work at the office
However it's not really working

When only connected true PCI-e, the miner is detected by windows, but CGminer as well as BFGminer don't recognize the miner...
When connected true PCI-e and USB, it is shows up in BFGminer, but it can't make an connection for some reason?

in the log I can see it trying search for the device? (FT_GetComPortNumber)

Any experience with this problem?
