I recently tried to register a usenet account with BTC using an electrum wallet which I've created. Their site only allows for a QR code, or simply right clicking to gain the amount to be sent and to what address. I've sent the BTC, the payment has been confirmed 162 times. I have provided them with the transaction ID, as they requested and they are now asking for further proof of my payment? As a newer BTC user, I would like to know what information I should provide them to prove this transaction was indeed sent to them and recieved without giving out any of my own identifying info (other than a sending address of course). The transaction ID is: b12bc638529c0fed4a0b2464d72e6d124184d4ffb3506936cd3df9f21f1716c3
Can someone help me to know what other information I can provide to them as proof of payment or are the just trying to scam me because I'm using tor an BTC?

Thanks very much in advance.

I also got this, from their payment processing bot, and they are still refusing to acknowledge the payment:
This paymnet is varifiabe. Transaction ID#
b12bc638529c0fed4a0b2464d72e6d124184d4ffb3506936cd3df9f21f1716c3

If the bitcoin address that they asked you to pay was 191Jgf8U8tprJxKH9yeHMfW1dCoggYTgXy, and the amount they said to send was 0.0461579 BTC, then the transactionID should be sufficient.

Either the person or service that you are attempting to engage with is incompetent, or they are scamming you.  In either case this isn't really a "Technical Support" issue.

This thread probably belongs in either "Scam Accusations", "Off-Topic", or "Bitcoin Discussion".
