Do the things that scares you. Once youve noticed the fear inside you, remind yourself that its all in the mind and that 80% of fears NEVER HAPPEN.
Does reminding yourself that the chance that a particular fear is becoming reality is quite small, helps you release the fear? I don't really agree with that. The fact that something might happen, regardless of the chance, causes fear in that case.
Preparing yourself to deal with specific kinds of your actual fear works better I guess; because you know you can do anything about it. That's better than only thinking 'that won't happen to me because the chance is so small..'.
