This are private holidays apartments, not a hotel. Reservation fee always none refundable but we understand there are possible reasons so if you cancel 4 weeks in advance we give a full refund, 2 weeks 75% and less than 1 week 30%. Please understand we cannot hold an apartment for your belongs and you do not arrive or cancel for any reason. This is private we are not a travel agent.

Good News! Just a few weeks ago a very nice bar & restaurant and a mini supermarket opened inside the urbanisation, may 75 meter away.
