Our loans are small, most loans ranging anywhere from $150 to $400. The goal is Walmarts goal, the more quantity of loans we give out, the more we and our investors make. The country of Guatemala has a population over 15 million, so there is no shortage of individuals desiring a personal loan. Because our individual loans are so small the risk factor is very little, the ROI for each individual loan far out ways the risk that is taken as the amounts are such small amounts. $2500 - $4999 = 4% investment return monthly
$5000 + = 5% investment return monthly
This allows basically any average Joe to invest into loans and receive a very profitable ROI without investing large quantities of cash into the business. Allowing anyone to be a loan shark with little investment.
Our goal is to make our investment program like a bank account, but with better returns
. We allow the investor to withdraw funds at anytime they desire, just like a bank account. Our only requirement is a minimum of 6 months invested to withdraw, this allows time for your funds to generate revenue. After the 6 months time you the investor can withdraw funds at anytime you desire and invest more at anytime also! The % of your return is based on current value at any given time of the account. So if you start with 3% return within a few months of deposits and interest you can move up to 4% very quickly!
