I've noticed that most if not all coins have a hard coded MIN_TX_FEE set to a specific number. (Eg. 0.001)

This got me thinking, has anyone made a coin with the TX fee set to a % of coins being sent?

If so, which coins have done it?

Yeah looks like it. Still trying to figure out exactly how they pull it off though. Says it kicks in "After 7 days" but I'm not finding where the fee is set or any kind of toggle to start it.

Anyone know of any others?
