Very low hash rate with sgminer 5.1 32 bit

I have moved to a different computer.

Before, I was on a computer with Windows 7 32 bit using sgminer 5.1 and the hash rate for x11 was about 4MH.

Now, on the newer computer, with Windows 7 64 bit, the hash rate has dropped to 177KH.
I tried to install Windows 7 32 bit on this computer but the install fails.

They say most 32 bit programs will run on a 64 bit OS, but perhaps sgminer 5.1 32 bit will not run well on a 64 bit OS.

Please comment.

probably the specs on the new computer are different

I am using the same graphics card. just moved it to the new computer so I figured the hash rate should be about the same.

EDIT: I just updated the graphics card drivers and the hash rate has now increased to to about 3.0MH.

Those running Windows 7 64 bit with sgminer 5.1 32 bit please tell me your experience or suggestions. Thanks.

i was about to mention the graphics drivers but you beat me to it , try fiddling with your sgminer config
