So, running guiminer on my gaming rig with an ATI 6770. getting about 183 (slight overclockage, nothing extreme) but after a while, i look at the miner, and where normally, the Mhash/s rate changes slightly each second, it's just stuck on a single value....if i hit stop and then start again, it works normally for a while...

is this normal behavior?

what version are you using?  Mine doesn't do that and I'm using v2012-02-19.  You should be able to check with your pool statistics to see if your card is working.  If the pool says you're putting out a number of mhash/s comparable to what guiminer says, then I guess it's working

Aha! That was it. was running 2011-05-something. Updated to 2012-02-19, getting a better MHash rating than with the older version, too. sweet. Will keep an eye on it.

Thanks guy!
