Any surfbar pay in bitcoin/altcoin ?

I remember to the start or internet adv, the first surfbar, like spedia, cashfiesta and more other. I remember really high payment to start (spedia pay more of 0,5 $ for hour to the start).

Now i have see, there are still more surfbar, pay in paypal, skrill, but i don't see no paying in btc or other alt. Someone know any surfbar/bitcoin ?
