My attempts to send money from my e-wallet on Blockchain.info result in the error message

ConnectInputs() : mapTransactions prev not found

with no transaction ever taking place. I tried back about four hours later—no change. Any idea why my transactions are being rejected, and how to fix it?

I've seen this, too.

In my case, I had a pending transaction (where I was a bit too frugal with the mining fee),
and about a day later I tried to push it, by spending the "Return Change" of the stale trans-
action in a new (less frugal) transaction.  Probably, during the time I was creating the new
one, blockchain.info purged the old stale transaction, so when I was about to send it off, the
previous tx was no longer there.
