I would recommend LiteVault as a Litecoin wallet https://www.litevault.net/  and  https://www.dashpay.io/ as a DASH wallet. As a Litecoin/Dash exchange I would recommend https://shapeshift.io/, it is instant and cheap.

You can register on cryptsy or yobit. They are trading sites, but have wallets to deposit litecoin and dashcoin. You can deposit them there and sell to bitcoin, all in one site.

Faucetbox.com has faucet list for dash and litecoin.

Shapeshift.io to exchange currency goes well and is very fast, but it has a less favorable exchange than the other trading sites.
