I am having trouble getting a worker to show online from my slush pool account. Any help would be appreciated.

Slush has an auto add worker name, the issue is that auto worker name seems to be disabled... Just create a worker name.

Youraccountname.worker1
Youraccountname.worker2

And name the device user/worker the same.
