I have 31.57 BTC in a wallet with Mt Gox, and their exchange rate values this sum at $402.7 USD. I'm wishing to either get this in a Canadian bank account, or into a Paypal account, from which I can then move it to my bank account. I don't understand Mt Gox' process for retrieving my money, and I'm not sure where else I can exchange and withdraw my funds from. Also, I can't ask this question in the Trading forum because it won't let me post or reply there, despite meeting the requirements for some reason.

Never used it but https://www.cavirtex.com sounds like a good choice for Canadian bank accounts.

Thanks for the link! It looks like I would lose around $22 USD by going with them as their exchange rate is lower and there is a transfer fee, but it would then deposit directly into my bank account, as opposed to whatever multiple steps I'd have to take with Mt Gox.

canadianbitcoins.com

ooh, thanks! that site is gonna be very convenient for me (although i may still buy BTC2-3 per month on bitcoinary to establish rep/cred), as I do bank at TD and I can just set them up as a personal payee and do direct purchasing...slick!
