We had a deal. He sent me 250 gift card first. But the account immediately locked out, but i used it in a new account they didn't even send me an email regarding this. When contacted the support they said an account specialist team will contact you within 24 hrs. I think this GC is fine might be i used it in a new account maybe that's the problem. I'm holding the payment until the issue is sorted out, He also agreed to that. Letting everyone know.

It's resolved now. Most likely happened because it's a new account that he added credit card to and got prime and then ordered with the gift card.  It's all sorted out now.
