They are the European SEC...
Their job is to protect the EU Securities Industry...
And make sure that everyone that issues securities is trained, licensed... and complies with all laws and regulations.
They probably singled out NXT in their paper...
Because NXT breaks every conceivable securities law known to man...
Anon issuers, no meaningful accounting, ponzi asset structures, crazy claims, zero accountability, etc, etc
The NXT guys are naive enough to think....... ESMA is their friend, you can't make this up.
