Do you have a hosting company, if yes, web page please?
Is there any discount on bulk server order?
Do I get a server with already installed OS or I can install any via SSH?

Servers are located in France / Paris.

I haven't hosting company. I try to create a VPS provider.

You need just to say what OS you want, the plan and I will send your logins to root SSH BEFORE you send money.

I can do a discount of 5% for 3 months or more.

If you need more resources, I can go up to 8 vCore and 16Go ram.

If I have windows server license, can you install windows server on VPS?
