Yes, that's a sad news. Saw this today. IMO Banksy is one of the greatest artists of modern time. I think if he would be so kind to join the Bitcoin movement he may help to make Bitcoin famous much easier than many others. Have you seen Exit Through The Gift Shop btw? That's a great film made by Banksy. You'll love it if you are a fan of Banksy like I am. ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHJBdDSTbLw

Banksy told this isn't his art, but it's still very good.
Where can I see Exit Through The Gift Shop? I couldn't find it in torrent.

Yeah I agree with you but here's a thought. If Banksy suddenly admitted tomorrow that he himself threw the paint on his own picture, would you suddenly like it?

You mean if Banksy did it we shpould call it an art then? No, Banksy's works are not like that and that's why I like them. He can really draw a nice picture, not some abstract s**t.

What a waste of time that was a perfectly good picture Murderer thief president don't think so. He probably told his servants to hire a man to sabotage this writing. He can't stand even any minor criticism, how do you expect that he stand this writing on the wall?

Interesting to note that Erdogan can do whatever he want, even in London. Also, I took a look at the latest opinion polls for the Turkish general elections scheduled for November 2015. All of them are showing an increase in support for his ultra-Islamist party. WTF is wrong with these Turkish voters? Even after killing 100+ people a few days ago in bomb attacks, are they still going to vote for him?

Banksy recently (last year) had a road-side art sale where he sat next to a stall in New York for a day selling his original artworks for a mere pittance. Many passed him by but others sussed immediately who he was and off they went with a great picture under their arm. He was filmed by dozens of people and may have even made the local TV news

They take advantage of this and manipulate big crowds with religion and little money. But public can't see the fact that they rob government money with tax money. Imagine the same car you buy in Germany costs %250 more in Turkey, the reason is government cut more than %200 taxes as KDV and ÖTV and other expenses.

A few years back, I read in an article that gasoline in Turkey cost even more than it is in the United Kingdom or Germany. I was surprised. I thought that the taxes in the European Union were the highest in the world. But when I cross-checked the facts, then it was clear that the tax rates in Turkey were much higher. This is insane.

Turkish immigrants run away from their own country but still want to be involved in its politics and feel offended when somebody criticizes politicians. The politicians those immigrants didn't even vote for and shouldn't care about. If you come to another country learn to respect it or get back to your own.

Interesting. Those paintings could be worth a fortune in the future.

This is not the first time that I have seen Banksy's work being vandalized at all, in fact I do recall a few of his works being vandalized in london with someone leaving some signature that said "Robbo". I think there was some war between him and Banksy

I am pretty sure this is not Banksy's work. He generally paints at zero point to ground. But whatever, this was great. It is truth that Erdogan's guys run the money outside of country.
