Depends on the payment method.
PayPal & Stripe go directly to your account.
Cryptocurrencies get forwarded after 1 confirmation and Perfect Money goes trough our account first.

I was wondering regarding the Redirect , does it mean the people clicking on it will be redirect to a website of mine or its something different?

yes the redirect-product-type redirects the user to your website after purchase.

After make a payment, payco.re show error page. I contact supporter, but they don't reply me. I lost $90.

Hello, first of all sorry for the very late response.
PayCo.re is certainly not a scam.
If you receive an error on the page after the payment you will need to contact your seller as it means that he either remove the product or that he removed the file during the payment.

As we instantly forward your payments there is no way for us to help you with issues that only the seller can solve.

Nobody gonna use your platform if your support system is this much poor. You are also only replying after more than half month past here.

We are currently working hard on our platform and I spend most of my time developing.
I'm new to this forum and after not seeing responses for a few days I just didn't check the thread anymore.

For on-site support I am currently hiring support agents currently for faster support (right now you can expect 1-2 days response time as I get flooded with suggestions, requests and question).
However as I guess you are refering to the users issue above, once the payment has been forwarded to the seller we can not provide a refund in case the seller did delete the product or similar during the purchase.
He will need to contact the seller to solve this issue. We instantly forward the payments and as we all know crypt-currencies can not be charged back and there is really nothing I can do about it.

Also not responded to my request and they simply closed the ticket. Ticket was send a month ago.
