Importing 30 antminer s7 from china

hi,
i want to import 30 s7 + 30 psu's from bitmaintech for mining (total cost $57725 including shipping)
i want to know how much custom duty/import duty will i have to pay and any ways to reduce it.
and what documentation will i need.
will i also need IEC (import export code), etc
i do not have any company/firm yet
do i need to get in touch with import export consultant.
i know some online websites in india import hundreds of units for resale purposes.
any help will be really useful.
