WTB Bitcoin faucet of sorts

Hi Guys

What i want to do is have a content locker on my site (script that hides html and reveals after the user say subscribes to mailing list, likes my facebook page) that when revealed has a field for the user to enter a bitcoin address and a button that allows me to payout bitcoin.

Obviously its going to need some kind of abuse prevention.

I havent the time to research/customize an existing script.

I envision it will need its own database, no worries.

If you are willing to customize it to suit my sites theme/layout then i will pay extra, rather then just installing it myself.

I am willing to use escrow and will pay generously.
