Hello

I want to know the power consumption of this unit. I've looked at a number of threads and they say it varies depending on your enviroment. but whats the lowest it can run and the best conditions to run it in?

There is not really a standard anwser.  It all depends on many different variables.  If you have cheap electricity an S3 will work for you. If you are 10 cents or so not so much.

But as far as best number look at underclocking with a very efficient PSU.  Gold/Platinum psu's would be most common used for trying to be efficient.

The quoted power consumption at the wall is 340W when running 441GH/S. The lowest I have achieved by clocking at 125Mhz and undervolting the Core voltage to 0.65V is 125W at the Wall, giving 250GH/S.
