WTB eBay Account with no Holds

What I need (Minimum Requeriments):

-eBay account that is atleast 1 year old.
-Has no holds. (It means if you sell something there's no 21 days hold to get your payment released, so you should take the payment instantly).
-Minimum of $1.5K monthly selling limits.
