Can anyone here fix S5 16 pin hash borads

don't know for sure if I can ask this here..

I have a S5 with 16 pin boards that seem to have stopped working, can anyone here fix those board or look at them . I'm willing to send them off to anyone here that is a 4 star member or higher with return shipping to look at them, just the hash boards , must live in US.
