If the transaction has already been broadcast to blockchain, mostly the delays is the problem with blockchain side.

10 days from block chain never experience yet and 3 days i already experience it almost 3 days before i receive the transaction to my wallet..And now  this is still happening.. i think this is because of low miners fee.. if you can set the miners fee from that site you can set the miners fee to 40k sat for the best result..

IIRC OP has received the withdrawal but not in a full amount of his winning, he only got 0.12btc instead of 2btc+. Owner of the casino claims that there is a max winning that can be cashed out from a no deposit bonus but OP claims that the rules of the max withdraw is added just after his 2btc+ withdrawal request.
