looking for a coder to work on something for me

so i am looking for a coder who is able to do this task for me

i bought this script from http://slotmachinescript.com/
and i am looking for someone who is highly skilled in altering this to implement JSON RPC interface to allow payments and deposits from the daemon

also i need implementing a user management system to allow users to login and out

the selected candidate must be fully experienced in this to minimize errors and exploits
