As far as I know they don't but you can email them to get an official answer. Most business aren't doing that good accepting BTC because most people don't use BTC to buy stuff yet.

I think most vendors are not using bit coin not only due to the low amount of potential consumer who know about bitcoin. The other factor may be that bit coin price is so much unstable and they don't want to loss the actual USD they got. But after bitpay will be known to them then they may feel secure against the price instability and start accepting bitcoin. Some of the mobile top up company have already started using bitpay. I don't know other service like bit pay till now.
